However, returned products/items must be in their original condition and packaging, and any damages or missing parts may result in a deduction from the refundable amount. Refunds for cancelled or returned product rental orders will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Orders will be shipped with the specified time of your selected (1st – 31st) day of a month and time between (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM) in checkout page after order placement.
